Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Zirc (“the Service”), accessible at zirc.shop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What Zirc provides

Zirc is a marketplace platform that lets users create product listings and share payment links. Zirc does not process payments directly — transactions happen through third-party payment providers (Venmo, PayPal, Mercado Pago, etc.) chosen by the seller.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User content

  • You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, descriptions, etc.).
  • By uploading content, you grant Zirc a license to display it on the platform as part of your listings.
  • You must not upload content that is illegal, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful.
  • We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • List counterfeit, stolen, or illegal items.
  • Misrepresent the condition or nature of items you sell.
  • Use the Service to spam, harass, or defraud other users.
  • Attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the Service.

6. Transactions between users

Zirc facilitates connections between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed, the accuracy of listings, or the ability of buyers to pay or sellers to deliver. Disputes between users are between those users.

7. Limitation of liability

Zirc is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zirc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
